"This paper described a systematic procedure to select a
proper operating point of a modulated VCSEL which feeds a
natural Rb CPT system. The interaction among two multi
lobe complicated spectra; of the modulated VCSEL and the
Rb absorption, is treated as a linear convolution. The result is
a spectrum comprising very many minima but the procedure
enables to distinguish those which are suitable for CPT. The
procedure was confirmed experimentally by a series of
measurements of CPT resonances in 87Rb hosted by a natural
Rb vapor cell."

This is the first part of a series of
impedance measurements of DNA solutions
in the presence of different solutes such as
alkali and alkaline earth metal ions,
Figure 2 shows the complex plane plots of
DNA terminating at 5 mHz., in the presence
of 0.01M Li+, Na+, and K+ chlorides. The
observed zonal behavior can be explained in
terms of contributions from ion-solvent
interactions and the interaction of the ions
with the phosphate in DNA.

The Russian's, under the leadership of Dr. Pjotr Garjajev also studied the human genome. Taking a
different approach, their research included linguistic experts and revealed that a particular portion of
the DNA (codons) actually follows the rules of basic syntax - it exhibits biological language skills.
Further these researchers found that the codons form words and sentences just like our ordinary
human language follows grammar rules.
They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our
languages.
"Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA
laser radiation." This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns
onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself.
Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same
structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.
One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally
proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated
laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used.

The spectral characteristics of RDFLS, the effective factors and optimum conditions of the reaction
have been investigated. After the addition of morin to the CTMAB-DNA system, the Zeta potential (?) of
DNA increases, which is due to the formation of a new ion-association complex.

Summary We have measured the velocity of acoustic microwave phonons in fibres and films of
oriented DNA. The sound velocity is found to be surprisingly isotropic and to decrease substantially
during hydration of DNA. No optical modes have been detected in the frequency range covered from
5 to 120 GHz. The photoelastic constants are strongly anisotropic.
